Judi Mondello, Senior Vice President, Research & Development for Meals & Beverages, joined the company in 2021.

Judi leads Research & Development (R&D) for our Meals & Beverages division, which includes innovation on brands like Campbell’s, Chunky, Pace, Pacific Foods, Prego, Rao’s Homemade, Swanson and V8, as well as our North America Foodservice and Canadian business. She also leads the Nutrition Center of Excellence and the Pilot Plant. Judi reports to the President of Meals & Beverages.

Prior to joining the company, Judi spent 16 years in various R&D roles at the J.M. Smucker Company. She has over 25 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry.

Judi earned her Bachelor of Science in dietetics from Southeast Missouri State University, her Master of Science in food science from University of Missouri-Columbia and Master of Business Administration from Walsh University in Canton, Ohio.
